By purchasing your ticket and attending our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Confidentiality of Personal Information

Media Naranja is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided by participants during registration or the event will be kept confidential and used solely for event-related purposes. We do not share or sell personal data to third parties without explicit consent. Participants can rest assured that their information is handled with the utmost care and security.

Must be SINGLE

Being single generally means not being in a committed romantic relationship. This includes:

  • Not married (legally unattached)

  • Not in a committed relationship (no exclusive partner)

  • Not engaged (no formal commitment to marry)

  • Not in a domestic partnership (not living as a couple in a recognized union)

Media Naranja is not responsible for officially verifying or tracking attendees’ relationship status. It is each individual’s responsibility to be honest about their single status when participating in our events and adhere to our Terms and Conditions.

Sexual Orientation and Age

Our dating events are specifically designed for millennials aged 30-45 years old and for those who identify as heterosexual/straight individuals seeking meaningful romantic connections. We welcome participants who identify as straight and are looking to meet others with similar preferences. While we focus on creating a comfortable and inclusive environment, our events are tailored to this particular audience. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Pricing: $10-$60

(Prices vary based on location, event size, package offerings, drinks, and food.)
Our prices reflect the type of individuals we want to attract. We got a type. Dating is an important decision, as well as a time and money investment. We believe it should be intentional and respectful. If you think our prices are too high, then there’s probably a misalignment in our dating beliefs. We make dating convenient—we gather the singles, and you just show up and take your pick.

Getting a Date – Outcomes and Results

While our dating events are designed to create opportunities for attendees to meet new people and potentially find romantic connections, we do not guarantee that participants will meet a match or enter into a relationship. Success in finding a date or a partner depends on individual interactions and mutual interests. We encourage participants to engage with an open mind and respect for others. Your experience may vary, and we are not responsible for any outcomes beyond the event.

NO REJECTION: Our events are designed so that you won’t have to face rejection directly. You may make your move with our Secret Crush Card at our Singles Mixers or a Date Card at Speed Dating.

Attendance and No Refunds

Due to the nature of our events, every turnout is critical to the success and experience of all participants.

  • We DO NOT provide refunds. No exceptions.

  • Cancellations are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are extremely detrimental to the quality of our events. If you do not show up without any notice or reasoning, you may be permanently banned from participating in all future events.

  • Leaving in the middle of an event is considered a no-show.

NON-TRANSFERABLE:
For the safety of all attendees, we do not permit ticket transfers. Every participant must register and pay individually to ensure accurate attendee information and a secure event experience.

Media Naranja and its partnering venues are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event. By attending, participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the event. Media Naranja and the venues where we hold our events are not liable for any actions or behaviors of other attendees. Participants are encouraged to exercise caution and be aware of their surroundings at all times.

ZERO VIOLENCE TOLERANCE

At our dating events, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of violence, harassment, or abusive behavior, including physical, emotional, psychological, sexual, or digital abuse.

Any behavior that threatens the safety, dignity, or well-being of participants will not be tolerated. Violators will be immediately removed from the event and may be banned from future participation.

This may include:

  • Unwanted physical contact (e.g., touching without consent)

  • Disrespectful or offensive language (e.g., insults, slurs, or crude remarks)

  • Pressuring for personal information (e.g., repeatedly asking for phone numbers after refusal)

  • Harassment or stalking (e.g., following someone after the event or sending excessive messages)

  • Disruptive behavior (e.g., yelling, interrupting, or making others uncomfortable)

  • Intoxication, inappropriate drug use, vaping (e.g., excessive drinking, using drugs, or being visibly impaired)

Your safety and comfort are our top priority. Let’s work together to create a positive, welcoming atmosphere where everyone can connect respectfully and freely.

It’s simple—be nice. Don’t do anything you wouldn’t say or do at work, to yourself, your parents, or your family members.

Important Event Guidelines

  1. Equality/Feminism: We treat both men and women equally. Both men and women deserve respect. If you have a problem, question, doubt, or feedback about this, please communicate with Media Naranja as soon as possible. We do not tolerate any behavior that makes our attendees (men or women) feel uncomfortable. We believe in gender equality.

  2. Safety: Your safety is our top priority. Please follow all instructions provided by event staff and adhere to venue rules. If you feel uncomfortable at any time, notify a staff member immediately. Media Naranja reserves the right to ask those who break these guidelines to respectfully leave the event.

  3. Respect: All participants are expected to treat others with respect and kindness. Discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. We aim to create a welcoming environment for everyone. Media Naranja reserves the right to ask those who break these guidelines to leave the event and to deny entry or ticket purchases to individuals who violate these terms.

  4. Participation: By attending, you agree to actively participate and engage in the event. Please be respectful of others’ time and efforts.

  5. Timeliness: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may disrupt the event and affect your experience. If you anticipate being late, notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to deny entry after the start of the event.

  6. Social Media Disclaimer: By attending our events, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded. Media Naranja may use these photos and videos for promotional purposes on social media and other platforms.

  7. Probation: Probation means that we are observing an attendee’s behavior. Attendees on probation may only be allowed at a certain number of events. We reserve the right to investigate, research, call, or limit event participation based on behavior or feedback from others.

  8. Blacklist: Media Naranja maintains a confidential, non-public blacklist of individuals who are not allowed to participate in our events. If a participant or anyone in our community feels unsafe due to another individual, we will review the case and, if necessary, place them on the blacklist, barring them from attending any future events.
